Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within mainland France (France métropolitaine). We do not ship to Corsica, overseas departments and territories (DOM‑TOM), or any international destinations at this time.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pernes‑les‑Fontaines, France. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery to mainland France addresses typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland France. There is no minimum order requirement – every order ships at no cost to you.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through our carrier’s tracking portal.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Customs & Duties
Because we ship exclusively within mainland France, no customs duties or import taxes apply to orders placed.
